Refund Policy

Clime is operated by Musarrat Khatoon ("we", "us"). This policy explains refunds work on Clime Pro and Clime Max subscriptions and on gift cards.

All sales are final

Clime subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a plan purchase, renewal, upgrade or gift card payment is completed, it cannot be refunded, reversed or exchanged for cash — including for change of mind, unused token allowance, forgotten renewals, or a decision to stop using Clime part-way through a billing period.

Before purchasing, you can use Clime on the free tier with your own API keys for as long as you like. That is the trial: please make sure Clime fits your needs before you pay.

Why

Paid plans unlock platform features and a gifted model allowance immediately at purchase, and the underlying provider usage is billed to us as it is consumed. That cost cannot be recovered once the allowance has been made available to your account.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial or pro-rata refund is issued for the remainder of a period.

Gift cards and coupons

Gift cards and coupon-discounted purchases are also final. Gift card codes cannot be refunded, and once a code has been redeemed it cannot be reissued or transferred.

Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on our behalf; Musarrat Khatoon is the seller of record. If you believe a charge is genuinely unauthorised or duplicated, contact us first through the Credits page and we will investigate. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable Indian consumer law.
