1. Who you are contracting with

Clime is owned and operated by Musarrat Khatoon, a sole proprietor trading as "Clime" (the "seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Clime you agree to these terms. If you are using Clime on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. 2. Independence & trademarks

Clime is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with or connected to Anthropic PBC, Claude, Claude.ai, OpenAI, Google, Meta, NVIDIA, or any of their subsidiaries, branches, affiliates or successors. Clime is a client that you point at model providers of your own choosing. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. No resemblance in workflow, naming or interface implies any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Using Clime

You are responsible for the API keys you add, for the content you submit, and for complying with each provider's own terms and usage limits. Keep your account credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account — and keep the information on your account accurate.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Clime within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.

4. Your content and our intellectual property

Conversations, attachments and generated media belong to you. We store them so you can return to them, and you can delete any chat at any time. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Clime itself — the software, interface, branding and documentation — remains the property of Musarrat Khatoon. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Clime running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, provider outages and capacity limits can interrupt the service.

6. No warranty & provider malfunction

Clime is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or entirely wrong, and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical or financial advice without your own review.

Clime does not operate the AI models it connects to. If a model or provider API fails, is unavailable, is rate-limited, returns wrong or harmful output, loses data, changes pricing, or malfunctions in any way, that is the responsibility of that provider — not of Clime or its operator. We accept no responsibility or liability for any such malfunction, error or outage, and are not liable for any decision, loss, damage, cost or claim arising from model output or provider behaviour.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clime and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Clime in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

8. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) & third-party AI services

8.1 Clime is a software platform, and BYOK is how it is meant to be used. We do not sell, provide or resell AI models or API access. Chat generation all run on API keys you connect yourself, on your own provider account, under that provider's terms. Plan tiers determine how many keys you can connect and which platform features you can use — not AI usage or model access.

8.2 You are responsible for your own API provider account(s) and for any usage charges billed to you directly by that provider. Clime does not resell or provide access to AI models.

8.3 Text chat only. Clime provides no image, video or speech generation of its own. To generate images or video you must connect your own image or video provider in Models & providers.

8.4 A limited built-in text fallback may be offered to paid members purely as a convenience. It is capped, rate-limited, tied to your signed-in account, may be withdrawn at any time, and is not the product you are paying for.

8.5 We integrate with third-party AI providers whose availability, pricing and policies are outside our control. Access to any specific model may change, be interrupted or be discontinued without notice, and features that depend on it may be modified or removed.

8.6 No warranty on third-party performance. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, latency or performance of any third-party AI service reached through the platform.

9. Acceptable use, monitoring & suspension

You may not use Clime for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, spam, scraping, resale of allowance, circumventing token limits, infringing someone else's intellectual property, probing or attacking the service, distributing malware, or generating illegal content. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the output, and for holding the rights to anything you upload. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us through the Credits page, and we will remove it; repeat infringers lose access.

Clime records usage metadata (tokens, cost, request rate, model) for billing and abuse prevention. Automated checks and the administrator may review this metadata, and suspicious activity is flagged to the administrator. We may suspend, rate-limit, terminate or delete any account where we reasonably believe these terms have been materially breached, payment has failed, there is a security or fraud risk, or the service is being abused. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. If we terminate your account, you may still request a refund under our Refund Policy.

10. Plans, costs & billing

Any spend on providers you connect yourself happens on your own accounts. Cost figures shown in Clime are estimates based on the prices you enter for each model.

Paid plans buy platform features and the number of your own keys you can connect — they are not a purchase of AI models, model access or generation capacity. A capped built-in text fallback may be included as a convenience only; it carries a periodic token allowance, resets on the published schedule, and unused tokens do not carry over. Models you add yourself are always usable and are billed to you by your provider, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Razorpay handles payment processing, billing, invoicing and tax collection on our behalf. Musarrat Khatoon remains the seller and Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are handled under our own Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Razorpay's Consumer Terms and Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You can stop using Clime and delete your account at any time. When your account ends, your chats and models are deleted as described in our Privacy Notice, so export anything you want to keep first.

12. AI output — no professional advice

Clime relays output generated by third-party AI models. That output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased or entirely fabricated, and it may unintentionally resemble existing material. Output is provided for general information only and is not legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, safety or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and testing any output — including generated code and generated documents — before relying on it, publishing it or putting it into production, and for making sure your use complies with the law that applies to you. Clime does not review, endorse or take ownership of generated output.

13. Compliance, intermediary status & grievances

Clime operates from India and acts as an intermediary that transmits your prompts to providers you or we connect. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as applicable to a service of this size. Under Rule 3(2) of the Intermediary Guidelines, complaints about content, privacy or this service may be sent to our Grievance Officer, Musarrat Khatoon, via the contact routes on the Credits page. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Unlawful content notified to us by a competent authority is removed promptly.

14. Governing law, disputes & time limit

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Purnia, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to raise the issue with us in writing and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may then be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by us under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Purnia, Bihar, conducted in English. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them, individually and not as part of any class or representative action, to the extent the law allows. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or business transfer. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

15. Changes

These terms may change as Clime evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
